Many roles at Mak Digital Solutions are fully remote or hybrid. We welcome applications from candidates across Pakistan, the United States, the United Kingdom, and other regions, provided they can align with core team hours and deliver their responsibilities effectively.
We collect and process candidate data solely for recruitment purposes. This includes resumes, contact details, interview notes, and assessment results.
We retain candidate data for up to 12 months after the conclusion of a recruitment process, unless you request earlier deletion or we establish an employment relationship. Your data is stored securely and is only accessible to authorized personnel involved in hiring decisions.

For certain roles, Mak Digital Solutions may conduct background checks — including employment verification and reference checks — with the candidate’s explicit consent. These checks are carried out in compliance with applicable laws and only after an offer has been made.
We primarily recruit directly. We do not accept unsolicited CVs from recruitment agencies unless a formal agreement is in place. Any unsolicited submissions will be treated as direct applications and no fee will be payable.
